People get so hung up on unimportant crap
So he used drugs....so what?
Someone heard he might be gay.....so what?
The real questions should be:
Is he a professional?
Did I get my money's worth at the show or on the CD?
Could I feel the power of his voice through my body at the show?
Does his spirit flow through every song?
Can I pick up the albums and feel the soul of a beautiful man?
Do I not thank the Lord for this man and for giving him such a talent?
Does he have friends and family who love him?
Unconditionally?
Is he healthy and safe?
Is he not beautiful, inside and out?
Is he not free?
I know one thing
God loves this man
I love him, too
That's enough for me
I don't worry about that other stuff
Whether it is true or not
None of my business, anyway
Indeed, the real question should be...
Do you love him or not?
